BEHIND TPC PHILIPPINES MISSION
According to estimates, there are between 250,000 and 1 million children living on the streets of Metro Manila in the Philippines. These vulnerable children are left to fend for themselves, exposed to violence, exploitation, and substance abuse. Support a Child Save a Future is a ministry under Action International that is dedicated to serving these children and their families through various initiatives such as feeding programs, education, tutoring, and medical outreaches.
A team from The Peoples Church Life Groups has been diligently preparing both physically and spiritually to join our partners in the Philippines. Our purpose is to minister to these high-risk children and their families, bringing them the love of Jesus and reminding them that God has not forgotten them. Additionally, we seek to unite and encourage our numerous partners across the Philippines who are actively engaged in feeding the hungry through the food packages we ship from the Ontario Christian Gleaners. During our mission, we will also conduct a medical outreach and collaborate with the Dumagat tribe, an indigenous Aeta community residing in the Sierra Mountains of Rizal. Notably, this community is constructing their very first Christian church, which initially started as a feeding site
